Certified Marriage Record Copies and Fees in Collier County

Note: Florida Statute §741.01 sets the base marriage license fee. The premarital course discount applies only to Florida residents who complete a state-approved course and provide a certificate at the time of application. Statewide certified copies of marriage records recorded from June 6, 1927, forward are also available through the Florida Department of Health, Bureau of Vital Statistics, which charges a separate fee for state-level certified copies.

By Mail

To request a marriage record copy by mail, send the following to the address above:

  1. A written request including the full names of both spouses, the approximate date of the marriage, and the purpose of the request.
  2. A copy of your valid government-issued photo ID.
  3. A check or money order payable to "Collier County Clerk of Courts" for the applicable per-page fee.
  4. A self-addressed stamped envelope for return delivery.
